Yes. Onde is hosted on European infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 + Supabase EU). Topics you submit are not stored long-term: only the generated episode is kept on your account. EU AI Act compliant from day one. SOC 2 Type I certification in progress (Q4 2026).
In v1, no — Onde works from a free-form topic. The Rigorous Mode (available on Starter and above) lets Onde fetch verifiable web sources. Upload of proprietary documents (RAG on company corpus) is on the Q3 2026 roadmap — exactly the L&D use case you describe.
Yes. The Team plan includes 2 "locked" voices — pre-selected ElevenLabs voices that become your brand voices. All your episodes use them automatically. The Enterprise plan opens voice cloning (with explicit consent of the cloned person, mandatory under French law).
