Our documents contain confidential information. Is this secure?
Yes. Onde is hosted on European infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 + Supabase EU). Topics you submit are not stored long-term: only the generated episode is kept on your account. Compliant with the EU AI Act transparency obligations (Article 50): every file produced carries a machine-readable marking.
Can we upload our own documents for Onde to generate from?
In v1, no — Onde works from a free-form topic. The Rigorous Mode (available on Starter and above) lets Onde fetch verifiable web sources. Upload of proprietary documents (RAG on company corpus) is on the Q3 2026 roadmap — exactly the L&D use case you describe.
Can we customize voices to match our brand?
Partly. You can lock one voice from our commercially licensed ElevenLabs pool onto your account, and every episode will use it. We do not offer voice cloning: reproducing a real person's voice requires signed written consent and identity verification, and we have not opened that. If your brand voice matters, tell us during the call.
Google SSO / SAML / SCIM?
Through their Google Workspace account, or with an email and password. SAML and SCIM are not implemented — if your security policy requires them, say so during the call and we will tell you honestly whether and when we can do it.
Can we track episode completion?
Not yet, and we would rather say so. Onde does not currently track listening: there is no completion-rate dashboard and no LMS webhook. Per-learner listening tracking and a SCORM / xAPI export are the next thing we build, because a training organisation cannot issue an attestation without them. If that is what you need, it is exactly what we want to discuss.
Which languages are supported?
Native French (top priority — no artificial translation). English in beta with dedicated voices. Other European languages planned based on B2B demand (German, Spanish, Italian in Q4 2026).
