Frequently asked questions

  • How do credits work?

    1 credit = 1 minute of final audio. A 10-minute episode consumes 10 credits, a 20-minute episode consumes 20. Duration is rounded up to the nearest minute (a 4'12'' episode debits 5 credits). The exact cost is shown before every generation.

  • How much does a credit cost in euros?

    On the Starter plan at €14/month for 50 credits, a credit comes to roughly €0.28. On Pro (€39 for 180), it's €0.22 per credit; on Team (€199 for 1,000), €0.20. The higher your plan, the cheaper each minute of audio becomes.

  • Do unused credits roll over?

    Monthly plan credits do not roll over — they expire at the end of the month (otherwise we'd accumulate debt that would eventually be too costly to serve). Add-on packs bought one-shot are valid for 90 days.

  • What happens if my generation fails?

    You're not charged. The credit is automatically refunded and you can retry at no cost. Only successfully delivered generations consume your credits.

  • Can I buy a pack without subscribing?

    Yes. The Discovery pack at €5 (20 credits, valid 90 days) is available to all users, including those staying on the Free plan. It's the simplest way to keep going when your free credits are gone.

  • Do the voices really sound natural?

    Yes. We use premium speech synthesis tuned for natural delivery. The goal is simple: listeners focus on ideas, not on robotic artifacts.

  • Is there a long-term commitment?

    Free has no commitment. Paid plans renew monthly and can be canceled anytime from your Stripe account. No exit penalty.

  • Which languages are supported?

    French quality is production-ready today. English is in beta. Additional languages will follow based on product demand.
